FULL Immobilier SA
Rue du Simplon 37

2. Collection and Purpose of Data Processing
When you submit an application for mandate acceptance via our protected form, we collect the data you enter, such as name, company, e-mail address, the selected business area, and the content of your message. This data is used exclusively internally to review your application, conduct a discreet creditworthiness and mandate analysis, and have the responsible member of our executive management contact you directly. No disclosure to unauthorized third parties outside our extended consortium takes place.
3. Disclosure to our Extended Consortium
To fulfill complex auditing and transaction mandates, we involve independent notaries, specialized attorneys, appraisers, and developers in the background. Your data will only be passed on to these cooperation partners if it is absolutely necessary for processing your specific assignment and if the partners have contractually committed themselves to the strictest confidentiality.
4. Cross-Border Data Disclosure
Since we also operate internationally, data may be transferred to third countries in the context of global transactions. This takes place exclusively in compliance with the statutory requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and is secured by standard contractual clauses if the target country does not possess an adequate level of data protection.
5. Retention Period
We store your personal data only as long as required for the review and processing of the mandate, or as provided for by statutory retention periods in Switzerland (generally 10 years in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations).
